In our preparation to comply with the upcoming September PMTA regulations, we are part of a consortium with KH Law alongside some of the largest manufacturers and distributors in the industry. Through KH Law, Baton has started our filing process. This puts Baton in a strong position amongst other Industry leaders to continue the sale of Baton products for up to a year after September 9th, 2020 as the FDA reviews our application. Because of our continued cooperation with FDA guidelines, we are confident that our application will move forward to the next stage.
